Aqua Windie’s – Open Water Course

Open water course

The Open Water Course consists of three phases (5 half days in total):

1. Knowledge development
   With you PADI Open Water book and the video’s you will learn everything you need to know. After studying you will make a theory exam. After that your ready to go in the water.

2. Pool session
   Everything you’ve learned in your book you will bring in practice in the pool. You will go over the basic scuba skills in a pool with your instructor. Here you learn everything from setting up your gear, to how to easily get water out of your mask without surfacing. Your instructor will make sure that you get comfortable in the water.

3. Open Water Dives
   You continue learning in a typical dive environment. This is where you put it all together and fully experience the underwater adventure! To make sure your Open Water Course will be memorable, we only dive with a maximum of 5 people during training dives.

You can also start your Open Water Course at home with E-learning (theory online / offline) and do the practical part (pool and open water dives) with us.
